Ariel Milo to join Northwind Group

Ariel Milo has joined Northwind Group as partner, head of capital markets. In this role, Milo will lead capital raising across Northwind’s platforms and strategies, manage investment vehicle and transaction structuring, and oversee the firm’s equity and debt capital formation and syndication activity.

Milo joins Northwind after 10 years at CIM Group, where he was a managing director, established and led the co-investment practice, and later was co-head of CIM’s institutional distribution group. Prior to joining CIM, Milo was a vice president at Credit Suisse, working in the real estate finance and securitization group, where he focused on originating and structuring large loans and on sub debt syndication and distribution, and in the alternative investments division, where he focused on distribution.
