Argosy Real Estate Partners V closes in on $400m fundraising target
Argosy Real Estate Partners V (AREP V), a value-added and opportunistic fund managed by Argosy Real Estate Partners, is on the brink of reaching its fundraising target.
The fund has raised around $364 million against a fundraising target of $400 million, according to a filing with the SEC.
AREP V, which opened to investors in January 2021, will invest in diversified property types in the United States. The fund had raised $264 million as of its filing in February.
IREI understands the investor base currently consists of family offices, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. The firm declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
