Argosy Real Estate Partners has closed on the land acquisition for Pepper Hall Townhomes, a 121-unit build-for-rent townhome community located within the 83-acre Pepper Hall Master Planned Community in Bluffton, S.C., approximately 12 miles west of Hilton Head, S.C., and 20 miles north of Savannah, Ga.
The Pepper Hall Master Plan is also entitled for 100,000 square feet of retail space, 109 for-sale single-family homes, 54 for-sale townhomes, a 336-unit multifamily apartment community, and an 18-acre riverside park owned by Beaufort County.
The site is located along Highway 278, the primary east-west thoroughfare through the metro area and the only road onto Hilton Head Island.
