Argosy Real Estate has held a final close for its third real estate fund, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. Argosy Real Estate Partners III raised $200 million.
The opportunistic fund makes direct investments in the U.S. office, hotel, land, multifamily and retail sectors.
Argosy Real Estate Partners III is a follow-up to Argosy Real Estate Partners II, which raised approximately $61.6 million following its inception in August 2011
