Ares Management has raised $867 million for its Real Estate Enhanced Income Fund, according to an SEC filing. The fund was launched in December 2018.
A fundraising target was not disclosed, but as of December 2018, the fund had raised $150 million.
According to the latest filing, the fund has been backed by 16 investors, including the New Mexico State Investment Council (SIC), which committed $75 million last January.
Ares Management’s real estate arm manages comprehensive public and private equity and debt strategies and had $12.5 billion of assets under management, as of Sept. 30., according to the firm.
