AREP begins renovation of $35m Virginia city center

American Real Estate Partners (AREP) has plans to begin a $35 million renovation at the Rosslyn City Center, located at 1700 N. Moore St. in Rosslyn, Va.

The redevelopment will provide capital improvements to the existing 62,000-square-foot Rosslyn Metro Center, located at the site.

Renovations will be made to the exterior, lobby and common areas, and will include a state-of-the-art conference area, flexible work space, a 30,000-square-foot fitness studio, a 20,000-square-foot food hall and two lounges.
