Ardian acquires Ohio State University’s parking system concessionaire

Ardian has acquired 100 percent of CampusParc, the concessionaire that manages, operates and maintains the parking facilities at The Ohio State University’s flagship campus in Columbus, Ohio, from funds managed by QIC. No additional financial details were disclosed.

Formed in 2012 as a public-private partnership (P3), CampusParc is the first and largest university parking concession in the United States, with more than 38,000 parking spaces servicing students, faculty, staff and visitors to the fifth-largest public university in the United States.

CampusParc is operating under a 50-year concession lease agreement, with 39 years remaining. Ardian will work alongside the management team to support CampusParc in its overall operations.
