Ardian acquires French self-storage company, Costockage

Ardian has acquired Costockage, a French company specializing in self-storage within France.

Costockage was founded in 2012 as an online marketplace offering the opportunity for professionals and individuals to rent out storage units from established operators and unused storage spaces from individuals.

Kostok, a self-storage center operator, was launched by Costockage in 2017. Kostok now manages 10 centers in France.

Following Ardian’s acquisition, Costockage’s founders, Mickael Nadjar and Adam Levy-Zauberman, will remain at the helm of the company.

Ardian seeks to assist Kostok to expand its footprint and acquire more buildings and ongoing self-storage operations, as well as to transform distressed real estate.
