ARA Asset Management to buy Sydney office complex for A$300m

ARA Asset Management has plans to buy an office complex in an inner-city waterfront suburb of Pyrmont, Sydney, for A$300 million ($212 million), according to The Australian.

The seller is Milligan Group.

The asset, Workshop, is currently under construction. The eight-story building is due for completion at the end of December 2019. The class A campus-style building has a proposed net leasable area of 18,888 square meters (203,609 square feet) with seven levels of commercial office space.
