Aquila European Renewables Income Fund, the London-listed investment company advised by Aquila Capital, has raised €127.5 million ($149.3 million) through a share placing of 122.9 million ordinary shares.
Last month, the fund launched a €150 million ($177 million) fundraise via the issuance of 145 million shares, which the company will use to invest in future projects and to diversify its portfolio.
The shares will be issued at €1.0375 ($1.2152) per share, which represents a premium of 5.2 percent to the company's net asset value as of June 30, according to a document listed on the London Stock Exchange.
