ANREV CEO steps down

The management board of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) announced in Hong Kong that chief executive Alan Dalgleish would be stepping down to pursue other opportunities.

Thanking Dalgleish for his service, ANREV chairman Nick Loup said, “With growth in regional membership numbers, expansion across Asia in the adoption of INREV Guidelines for best practice, the broadening of ANREV’s research output coverage, and in particular the growing influence of the regional and global fund indices prepared with INREV and NCREIF, we are grateful to Alan for directing the association’s efforts for the last five years. He leaves with our best wishes for the future.”

Past chief executive and current representative for ANREV in Europe, Jeremy Stewardson, will assume responsibility for leading the association as chief executive, and will be based in Hong Kong from the new year.
