The Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) has appointed David Green-Morgan as its new director of research and professional standards. Based in ANREV’s Singapore office, Green-Morgan will lead the association’s research initiatives and professional standards programs, working closely with members to enhance the value of ANREV’s platform.
He joins ANREV from JLL, where he served as senior adviser, capital markets research. Previously, he was head of global real assets research at MSCI, managing director for Asia Pacific at Real Capital Analytics, and global capital markets research director at JLL (2011–2017).
