Andros Capital Partners closes inaugural fund at $250m

Andros Capital Partners has closed its inaugural investment fund Andros Energy Capital at its hard cap of $250 million, according to a statement by the firm.

Andros Energy Capital will seek private equity investments, credit opportunities and direct asset-level investments across the energy sector, employing an opportunistic mandate. Andros is primarily focused on middle-market transactions between $25 million and $200 million, but will have the ability to make much larger commitments through co-investments from its limited partners.

The firm was founded earlier this year.
