André Spehr will lead BNP Paribas Real Estate's International Investment Group (IIG) team in Germany.
In his new position, he will be responsible for IIG's activities in Germany and will coordinate and sustainably expand cross-border transactions and collaboration with national and international teams.
Spehr started his career at BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany 28 years ago, which has included a 15-year stint in the Paris headquarters, where he worked as director international investment. In 2022, he was appointed director of the German national investment team at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
