AMPYR Solar Europe acquires solar business

AMPYR Solar Europe, a pan-European solar developer and independent power producer, has acquired SolarEnergyWorks’ (SEW) solar business in the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition includes a pipeline of 100 megawatts of ready-to-build assets and 650 megawatts of assets under development. After the acquisition, AMPYR Solar Europe will have a development pipeline of more than 1 gigawatt of solar PV assets in the Netherlands, and an aggregate development pipeline of 6 gigawatts.
