AMPERE Gestion raises €906m for intermediary housing fund

AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat, has raised €906 million ($1.039 billion) from 15 institutional investors to finance its new intermediary housing fund, FLI 2, to invest in residential assets in France.

Launched in 2014 at the initiative of CDC Habitat and its subsidiary AMPERE Gestion, the first FLI had an investment capacity of €1.7 billion ($1.95 billion), for a production of 10,000 units of intermediate housing. It is fully invested and has fulfilled its objectives in terms of site quality, current yield and financial performance.

FLI 2 brings together 15 institutional investors, half of which had invested in its predecessor, FLI.
