AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat Group, has raised €325 million ($362 million) from six institutional investors in the first round of funding for its third intermediate housing fund, FLI III.
This new financing will be used to develop affordable rental housing as part of its existing impact investment strategy.
Since 2014, with the support of CDC Habitat, AMPERE Gestion has been mobilizing savings to develop affordable rental housing in supply-constrained areas and respond to societal changes.
With €10 billion ($11 billion) in assets under management, including €4.5 billion ($5.0 billion) invested in the intermediate housing segment and more than 22,000 units of intermediate housing built in the Paris region and major cities, AMPERE Gestion has consolidated its position as a leading player in residential real estate management for third parties in France.
