American Realty Advisors, a Los Angeles–based commercial real estate investment manager, has raised additional capital for its open-ended American Strategic Value Realty Fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The fund, which launched in 2008, has raised a total of $836.7 million over the years. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
American Strategic Value Realty Fund invests in office, retail, industrial, multifamily and other properties through a risk-controlled strategy that focuses on opportunities for added value at different stages of the investment cycle. Properties are located in selected markets throughout the United States.
