American Landmark Apartments has acquired The Vinings at Palm Bay, a 320-unit community in Palm Bay.
The community has been renamed The Braxton and will undergo a $3 million capital improvements and rebranding program. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.
The Braxton is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom units between 595 square feet and 1,356 square feet, with open floor plans. Community amenity upgrades will include a grilling table and a dog park, as well as renovations to the fitness center and clubhouse, the swimming pool, and landscaping.
