American Landmark Apartments has acquired the Delaney Apartments in Concord, a suburb northeast of Charlotte, N.C. The property has been renamed The Elliott.
The sales price and seller were not disclosed.
This is American Landmark’s eighth multifamily community in the Charlotte metro area.
“Greater Charlotte’s job growth outlook is extremely positive, and we anticipate a lot of in-migration from other parts of the country this year, as in prior years – hence, intensifying demand for well-located and well-managed apartment communities with the full range of resort-style amenities,” said Christine DeFilippis, CIO of American Landmark.
