American Landmark Apartments has acquired The Harrison Apartments, a 278-unit apartment community located in Murfreesboro, Tenn. The property has been renamed “Scout Landing.”
This marks the company’s third multifamily acquisition in Murfreesboro in the past 10 months. The company also owns and operates The Edge and Parc at Murfreesboro, two new apartment communities it acquired with joint venture partner BentallGreenOak.
For several years Murfreesboro has been Tennessee’s fastest-growing city and is ranked number one for Top Boomtowns in America by SmartAsset. The city opened two new schools this decade — Overall Creek Elementary and Salem Elementary. In addition, many companies have relocated or expanded to this developing city.
