Amber Infrastructure, a subsidiary of El Paso, Texas–based Hunt Cos., has expanded its public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure team with the addition of Eivind Dueland.
Dueland has joined London-based Amber as regional senior vice president of development and will focus on accelerating the company's interests in social P3 projects in the United States.
Dueland brings more than 10 years of experience in infrastructure investment and project development in North American and Europe from P3 transactions totaling more than $18 billion. Before Dueland joined Amber, his firm, Endeavor Infrastructure, advised companies and investors in the infrastructure and P3 markets in North America.
Previously Dueland held leading roles with Skanska, where he managed P3 transactions in the United States and Scandinavia.
