CBRE has appointed Amanda Stevenson as head of investor strategy within its ESG consultancy team.
Stevenson joins from Adapt Sustainability Consulting, a boutique sustainability consultancy offering ESG services to real estate, asset management and technology companies. As founder and director, Stevenson was responsible for developing a holistic ESG strategy service offering that focused on identifying ESG initiatives that would improve performance, minimize risk and ultimately support a client’s overarching business strategy.
Stevenson has led projects to develop net-zero carbon programs and has extensive experience preparing leading client responses to ESG disclosures such as CDP and GRESB.
Stevenson previously served as the head of sustainability at a prime central London REIT — Capital & Countries Properties — where she managed the implementation of the sustainability strategy across standing assets at Covent Garden and the development portfolio.
