Located at 7406 Mansfield Highway, Kennedale, Texas, the property consists of seven buildings totaling approximately 160,000 square feet on a 13.196-acre lot. Completed in late 2023-2024, the industrial park caters to the growing demand for flexible small-bay commercial space in one of the fastest-expanding markets in the U.S.
The small-bay industrial sector remains a key focus for Altus Equity Group, with Kennedale Light Industrial Park presenting an exceptional value-add opportunity.
