Allianz SE’s property unit plans to double investments in Asia over the next three years, according to Bloomberg.
Property investments may swell to €3.75 billion ($4.5 billion) by the end of 2020 from approximately €1.8 billion ($2.16 billion).
The German investor plans to invest specifically in office and logistics in China and Japan and explore new markets such as India, Southeast Asia and South Korea.
