Alliance Global Advisors has added Kurt Edwards, as vice president of partner engagement.
With more than 15 years of experience, Edwards brings extensive leadership in institutional investing, underwriting and strategic research, with a strong focus on leveraging technology and data-driven insights to enhance investment processes.
He has held key positions at UBS Asset Management, Townsend Group and Cortland, specializing in research and strategy, portfolio management and capital raising. In his most recent role at UBS Realty, Kurt was a key member of the CIO team, where he played a pivotal role in shaping investment strategies across real estate products and aligning portfolio needs with market opportunities. During his tenure as head of research and strategy, he held voting positions on the investment committee and management team, which directly managed $30 billion in assets and evaluated direct investments across core and non-core real estate segments.
