The Allen Morris Co. has broken ground on Bryn House, a mixed-use rental community in North Druid Hills, Ga. The project recently closed on a $64 million construction loan.
The five-story project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2023.
The mixed-use property is scheduled to have 574,479 square feet of buildable space, and include a mix of one- to three-bedroom floorplans, a 175,000-square-foot parking deck, as well as 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities at the complex are expected to include an onsite dog park, elevated pool deck with cabanas and trellised grilling areas, plus a gym, game room and event space.
