Alcion Ventures and co-owner renovate Chicago’s Gold Coast apartment tower

Alcion Venture and Golub & Co. are near the end of a multimillion-dollar renovation of One East Delaware in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood, transforming it into a luxury apartment community.

The work began in early 2017. The amenity spaces are complete, and the last apartments will be finished this summer, reported the Chicago Tribune.

All 304 units were upgraded with new flooring, appliances, cabinetry and bath fixtures. Some units were remodeled to open up the floor plan, and some were equipped with “smart” technology.
