The $345 million Anchorage Police & Fire Retirement System has committed $15 million to the UBS Trumbull Property Income Fund, according to Edward Jarvis, director.
The fund, managed by UBS Realty Advisors, focuses on core income-oriented real estate investments. Jarvis says the pension fund likes the fund’s “focus on income.”
The allocation will be split between the pension fund’s fixed income and real estate portfolios. The pension fund has a 12 percent target allocation to real estate and a 27 percent target allocation to fixed income.
