Before the appointment, Crichlow was a director at Warburg Pincus. She also had multiple roles at McKinsey & Company, as well as working as a summer associate at Goodwin in 2016.

Crichlow received her Bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University, a Master’s degree in education from Hunter College, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Richards said, “Akilah brings a great dimension to our team through her strong background in consulting, asset management and operations-focused advisory.”
