Colliers International has appointed Agnieszka Krzekotowska as director of the property management and asset management departments.
Krzekotowska will be responsible for managing a team of more than 60 experienced professionals and supervising the real estate portfolio managed by Colliers in Warsaw and six regional cities in Poland. The new director will also be responsible for the further development of the property management business, including the acquisition of new projects and searching for technologies and solutions that expand the company’s existing offer.
Krzekotowska joined Colliers International in 2009 as a property manager. Recently she held the position of clients relationship director.
