Agentis Capital Advisors has hired Jay D’Souza as a director, leading coverage of the power and utilities sector. He will be based in the firm’s Toronto office.
D’Souza brings more than 14 years of investment banking and management consulting experience to the role. Previously, he served as a director on the power, utilities and infrastructure investment banking team at National Bank Financial in Toronto. Before that, D’Souza held positions with Scotiabank’s power and utilities investment banking team, and he was part of the energy group at Navigant prior to that.
The new hire comes about six months after Agentis brought on Yves Bouillet as a director, leading the midstream energy infrastructure advisory practice.
