AEW has plans to sell 55 Market Street, a 16-story office block in Singapore’s Raffles Place , to an indirect, wholly owned Singapore-based real estate unit of Tokyo-based Kajima Corporation, for nearly S$287 million ($213 million), The Business Times reported.
Built in 2006 the asset totals 73,200 square feet with a variety of retail and F&B outlets on the ground and basement floors.
