AEW has appointed Karin Doppelbauer as technical development manager of AEW’s large-scale logistics developments.
Working out of AEW’s Frankfurt office, Doppelbauer will be responsible for all logistics developments in the German and Dutch markets. She will also support the fund management, asset management and investment teams in their goal of building high-quality portfolios.
Doppelbauer will bring more than 20 years of experience within the real estate sector to the new role, with specific experience with logistics, industrial and office construction management projects from conception to completion.
Previously, she worked at GSE Deutschland GmbH in various roles spanning 14 years, according to her LinkedIn page. She has also held positions at SAUR (Bouygues), MSE (Véolia) and STEREAU (Bouygues).
