Advisor Group has appointed two veteran executives, Larry Fisher and Scott Seiffert, to serve as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and chief accounting officer (CAO), respectively.
Fisher will continue to identify and recruit industry-leading talent throughout the organization, while Seiffert brings experience from his work with some of the most recognizable names in the financial services world, including TD Ameritrade and Wells Fargo, among others.
Seiffert most recently served as managing director and chief accounting officer at TD Ameritrade. Prior to that, he held senior finance roles at Wells Fargo Advisors and audit roles at Edward Jones, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Fisher previously worked overseas as head of human resources at Orica Mining Services, and more recently he served as chief people officer at Arizona College, an educational institution that prepares students for healthcare careers.
