Adani Green Energy has won the bid for 600-megawatt wind-solar hybrid power projects in a tender issued by the Solar Energy Corporation of India.
Adani has reportedly received letters of award from SECI for the fixed power purchase agreement, which includes a tariff of Rs. 2.69-per-kilowatt hour ($.039-per-kilowatt-hour) for 25 years.
The projects are expected to be commissioned by December 2021 and will bring Adani’s renewable generation capacity portfolio in India to 5.16 gigawatts.
