AD Ports Group to purchase the Noatum Group

AD Ports Group, a global premier facilitator of logistics, industry and trade, has formalized a purchase agreement for the entire Noatum Group.

Noatum is a multinational group specializing in transport, comprehensive logistics and port operations services. Its work is divided into three main business areas: Noatum Maritime, Noatum Logistics and Noatum Terminals.
