ACWA Power and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) have signed an agreement regarding the collaboration on advancing new renewable- and clean-energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement, Natixis CIB will finance as much as $2 billion of ACWA Power's future project pipeline.
The transaction builds on a relationship between the companies that dates back to 2005. Since then, Natixis has underwritten several ACWA Power's high-profile projects.
