Actis is launching the macro tower portfolio in Southeast Europe it acquired from Telekom Srbija in January under the brand Connectis Tower.
Connectis Tower aims to be an independent tower platform in the Balkans, operating an existing portfolio of 1,800 macro towers, including 1,000 in Serbia, 700 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 100 in Montenegro, and plans to expand the portfolio.
Bogdan Djukic, a seasoned leader in the telecom and infrastructure industry with more than 17 years of expertise, will lead the company as group CEO. In addition, Jovana Nikolic, with more than 17 years of experience in audit, financial leadership and corporate finance, joins Connectis Tower as group CFO.
