Actis has collected $251 million for its Actis Asia Real Estate 2 vehicle, against a target of $850 million. The fundraise has involved 12 investors so far, according to a Nov. 5 filing with the SEC.
Launched in 2019, the opportunistic fund targets real estate investments across Asia Pacific, including South Korea, China, Vietnam and India, according to Mingtiandi.
The fund’s investor base includes public pension funds, development financial institutions, private pension plans and sovereign wealth funds.
