AccorHotels has completed its acquisition of the Mantra Group, bringing the Mantra, Peppers, BreakFree, and Art Series brands under the Accor brand.
The sales price was A$1.2 billion ($920 million). The deal includes 138 of Mantra’s hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and Bali.
The deal was announced in October 2017.
