ABG Real Estate Group, Munich, has extended the contract of one executive and hired two in an effort to strengthen its team.
The company has renewed Guido Wiese’s contract as managing director of ABG development for another five years. Wiese, who has been with the company since 2014, is currently responsible for two major projects — Voltair in Berlin and the new Deutschlandhaus in Hamburg.
ABG Real Estate has also appointed Gunther Schleip as head of investments for the company’s capital division in Frankfurt, working closely with managing partner Ulrich Holler. Schleip brings nearly 20 years of experience in the institutional real estate business to the role. Most recently, he was responsible for initiating and marketing U.S. real estate funds for institutional investors, in cooperation with Texas-based Lincoln Property Company. He also previously held senior positions at CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH and Bavaria Immobilien Beteiligungsgesellschaft.
