Mina Pacheco Nazemi is the head of the Diversified Alternative Equity (DAE) team at Barings and chairs the firm’s investment committee. She is responsible for equity investments in infrastructure and private equity. Her team actively invests in direct investments, continuation vehicles and co-leads transactions in these markets.
