Sacyr Concessions, which specializes in designing, financing, building and managing greenfield projects, has secured the RSC-287 Highway contract in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
According to InfraPPP, the contract includes the widening of 204 kilometers (126 miles) of roadway in the Tabai and Santa Maria regions. The project also involves the operation, upkeep, maintenance, improvements and expansion of the infrastructure from the RSC-287 Highway.
The concession term is 30 years, and the project will require $520 million of investment capital.
