CIM Group and Miami Worldcenter Associates have broken ground on the Jewel Box building, one of the last retail components part of the $4 billion Miami Worldcenter project, reported South Florida Business Journal.
The two-story building will total 78,000 square feet of retail space. The property also will include a rooftop overlooking the development’s World Square, a 20,000-square-foot public plaza and park.
It is scheduled to be completed during second quarter 2022.
