The $140 million Monarch luxury condominium tower in Tysons, Va., has broken ground.
The project’s new general contractor, Hoar Construction, is on schedule to deliver the 20-story structure by mid-2023. Despite a construction hiatus in 2020, Monarch is more than 30 percent presold. Monarch’s 94 residences feature more than a dozen different floorplans, ranging from 880 square feet to 4,090 square feet and priced from the $600,000s to $4.1 million.
Amenities include a landscaped garden terrace, which will feature an inviting pool surrounded by lounge seating and grill stations; a lounge with a fireplace, book nook, bar area and catering kitchen; a state-of-the-art fitness center with high-end exercise equipment, a stretching area, spa-like locker rooms and personalized fitness options; and on the 20th floor, a private dining room with stunning 180-degree views of the surrounding area.
The property will provide a wide range of 24-hour resident services thr
