MIRA to sell 69.4% interest in Italian gas operator SGI

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) has agreed to sell its 69.4 percent interest in Societa Gasdotti Italia (SGI), the largest independent gas transmission operator in Italy, to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.

AIIB earmarks $60m for Cambodian infrastructure projects

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is planning to invest $60 million in Cambodia’s recovery efforts. Some 480,000 people in five provinces are expected to benefit from the loan, which is AIIB’s first sovereign-backed financing in the country.
