Market Navigator is 5-day masterclass that will teach attendees the inner-workings of the institutional real estate industry. The course will be broken down into two parts and both will be led by IREI CEO, Geoffrey Dohrmann. Dohrmann is a more than 30-year veteran of the institutional real estate industry.
Part 1 of the course will be held March 9–11 at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco. It will focus on the language and culture of the institutional real estate investment market. Please note that this is a two-day program, beginning on Tuesday, March 10th at 9 a.m. and ending on Wednesday, March 11th at 5 p.m. There will be a welcome cocktail reception on Monday the 9th.
Part 2 of the course will be held August 10-13, 2020 at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco. It will focus on developing a systematic approach to raising capital from institutional investors, including presentation strategy and professional selling skills.
Who Should Attend?
The course is open to anyone who is responsible for sales, marketing and capital fundraising results, including experienced as well as newbie sales and marketing execs and marketing support personnel. The course will be open to prior program participants as well.
