2019 IREI Springboard

2019 IREI Springboard

October 1 - 3, 2019 | Ojai Valley Inn | Ojai, CA

IREI Springboard is an exclusive, invitation-only annual gathering of the brightest IREI Springboard leaders in the institutional real estate community. The event is designed as an open forum that serves as a catalyst for mentoring, educating and cultivating leadership skills. IREI Springboard leaders will have the opportunity to learn from the brightest, most trusted minds in the industry. IREI Springboard is an opportunity to recognize the up-and-coming people in your organization – particularly the ones you would select to groom for assuming greater responsibilities in your organization down the road.

PROGRAM

The program is cast as a “think-tank” environment, balanced with networking activities designed to help IREI Springboard leaders build career-long relationships with their peers. IREI Springboard leaders have the unique opportunity to have candid discussions with high-caliber mentors through an open forum discussion and peer-to-peer group sessions. The agenda and topics discussed are set by the attendees prior to the event through a food for thought survey, which asks the IREI Springboard leaders which topics and questions they would like to address with their peers and mentors at the forum.

RECOGNITION

The 2019 IREI Springboard leaders and their firms will be recognized in a feature in our monthly flagship publication covering the Americas in October 2019, as well as distributed through Institutional Real Estate Newsline (IREN), our premium newsfeed, and posted on our website. The editorial piece will also be displayed prominently at Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s VIP Americas and 2019 conference.

INVITATION BY NOMINATION ONLY

IREI Springboard is an exclusive invitation by nomination only event. A senior member of an organization must nominate the IREI Springboard leaders for consideration. Please note, nomination does not guarantee invitation to the forum.

Senior members can elect to send new up-and-comers from their firm who have not attended IREI Springboard in the past or can send up-and-comers who have previously attended IREI Springboard.

Firms are welcome to send up to three attendees to the forum per their nominations. An attendee can attend up to a maximum of three IREI Springboard events.

If there is an up-and-comer from your organization that you would like to nominate, please contact Jenny Krasnovskaya, Event Coordinator, at j.krasnovskaya@irei.com or call +1 925-244-0500 ext. 145.
