Michael Ertmann, former vice president at Denmark’s Orsted, has joined Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) as a senior adviser.
Ertmann brings more than 15 years of experience working in the traditional and renewable industries, according to his LinkedIn page. Ertmann also served as the chief consultant at EKF Denmark’s Export Credit Agency.
He has a Master of Science in economics from the University of Copenhagen.
CIP currently has six funds and more than €8 billion ($9.5 billion) under management, according to the firm’s website. The team has a broad range of competencies within corporate finance, merger & acquisitions, engineering, construction, project development and project management.
